Sometimes organized religion has the notion that believing in Jesus requires a leap into the uncertainty of faith. Actually, Jesus asked for no such thing. 

Jesus the Christ is the only great religious leader who ever claimed to have lived in Heaven and then agreed to be incarnated into this Earth to tell us what he saw there. No other great religious leader ever made that claim. Jesus is: THE WITNESS.

No great religious teacher in history ever said what Christ said of himself: "I, Jesus have lived in Heaven, I agreed to be incarnated and I came into this world to tell you what I learned in Heaven." No one, not Muhammed, Moses, Buddha, Zoroaster, Confucius, or Lao Tzu ever said that. 

16 million people in the US have likely had a Near Death Experience. Yet both psychiatrists and pastors routinely view them as psychosis or mere hallucinations. The fact is that NDEs almost always lead to greater mental health, not worse. 

Near death experiences are fascinating. I've listened to hundreds of them, and I can tell you that when people experience the immensity of God's love for them, they are never the same again. Paul was completely surprised how different God really was compared to what religious people told him about God.
